The Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our crew. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, working alongside experienced carpenters and shopfitters on commercial projects across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out manual tasks such as assembling and installing shopfitting equipment, ceilings, and walls, along with general trade duties as required.

· Support trades and assist with material preparation.

· Use basic math and measurement skills for accurate work.

· Use hand and power tools with skill and hand–eye coordination.

· Read and follow plans and drawings.

· Handle deliveries, site clean-ups, and safe material handling.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite.

About You

· Construction Induction (White Card) – essential.

· Driver's licence and reliable transport.

· Basic understanding of construction terminology and techniques.

· Self-motivated with good communication skills.

· Problem-solving ability and a positive, can-do attitude.

· Previous labouring or site experience is ideal, but not essential.
