We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barber to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to contribute to our salon's growth and uphold our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves to clients of all ages and hair types.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual grooming preferences and provide personalized advice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest barbering trends, styles, and techniques.
• Mentor and support junior barbers, sharing skills and expertise to foster their development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive, professional salon culture.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies, including hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a professional Barber with a proven record of delivering high-quality services.
• Skilled in diverse barbering techniques including modern and classic haircuts, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Established client base preferred, with the ability to attract and retain new clients.
• Self-motivated with an understanding of leveraging social media marketing for client growth.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
• Experience and strong interest in creating weekly content for social media to build your personal brand and engage clients.
