We're Hiring: Part-Time Bookkeeper & Admin All-Rounder
Are you a highly organised, efficient multitasker who enjoys supporting a busy team? We're looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative All-Rounder to assist across various departments and keep things running smoothly.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who's confident with numbers and equally comfortable pitching in wherever needed. You'll be working closely with multiple departments to provide administrative and bookkeeping support, helping the wider team stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping duties using Xero (or similar accounting software)

Bank reconciliations, invoicing, payroll support, and basic reporting

Providing admin support across various departments (sales, human resources, operations, etc.)

Assisting with scheduling, document preparation, filing, and internal coordination

General office tasks and responding to team needs as they arise
What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Xero (or comparable accounting software)

Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive

Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude

Ability to manage time effectively and juggle shifting priorities

Previous experience in a similar all-rounder role is preferred
Position Details:
· Flexible part-time hours, with a minimum of 18 – 20 hours per week, over 3 days.
