About the role

Urban Transit Solutions is seeking experienced HASTUS experts to join our team in Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a full-time role. As a HASTUS expert, you will play a critical role in supporting the public transport operations of our clients which includes both public transport authorities and operators alike.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing expert advice and technical support on the implementation and optimisation of HASTUS software for public transport operations
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and design tailored HASTUS solutions
  • Delivering mentoring and ongoing support to ensure clients maximise the value of HASTUS
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HASTUS product developments and industry best practices
  • Working as part of team to deliver one-off projects as well as engage with our regular clients on an ongoing basis
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HASTUS service offering

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with HASTUS software in a public transport environment
  • In-depth knowledge of HASTUS functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex HASTUS-related issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with clients
  • A passion for public transport and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
