About Us:

CBD Plant and Labour (CBD PNL) is a trusted provider of skilled labour and plant hire services for the civil construction industry. We specialise in delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects, with a focus on safety, precision, and teamwork. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Experienced Machine Operators to join our team for casual/subcontractor positions. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and room for growth.

About the Role:

Candidates must have 3+ years' experience operating Civil Construction machinery, with current SOA/VOC ticket(s). The ideal candidates will be familiar with either Excavator, Dozer & Grader operations, or a combination of.

All candidates will be committed to maintaining high industry safety standards, holding an active driver's license and White card, and having the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating Civil Contraction machines.
  • Either one or more of the following:
  • LE Ticket (Excavator) – In-date SOA and VOC
  • LZ Ticket (Dozer) – In-date SOA and VOC
  • LG Ticket (Grader) – In-date SOA and VOC
  • Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
  • Own Transport and current Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to travel outside Greater Sydney when required
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Civil Construction I or higher.
