Requirements:

• 3 years' previous experience.
• Must have experience in Breakfast & Lunch  A La Carte meals
• Good knowledge of produce
• Able to maintain the highest standards of presentation and food quality
• Efficient and effective in the operations of the kitchen
• Available to work weekends
