We're seeking an experienced Pick Packer to join a leading refrigerated transport and logistics warehouse in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on, ongoing position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced cold-storage environment and takes pride in accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
  • Operate LF and reach forklifts to move and load pallets
  • Work efficiently in chiller and freezer environments
  • Maintain high attention to detail and follow site safety procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Current LF Forklift Licence with reach-truck experience
  • Previous experience in a chiller or freezer warehouse
  • Proficiency with RF scanning systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Shift & Pay

  • Afternoon shift (Monday–Friday)
  • $37.86 per hour + Super
  • Ongoing role with opportunity for long-term placement
