We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Holiday Camp Counsellors to bring energy, fun, and inspiration to our 2026 Summer Holiday Camp Camp Counsellors are the heartbeat of holiday camp. Build relationships, play games, mentor and help young people create memories that will last a lifetime. You'll have the chance to get outdoors, meet new people, and collaborate with a dynamic team to provide fun and engaging care for campers aged 8-14.

As Holiday Camp Counsellor, you will:

  • Immerse yourself in the great outdoors
  • Meet new people, and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Organise campers in a timely manner for scheduled activities and meals
  • Engage in a variety of activities that inspire and entertain
  • Provide a positive and nurturing environment for campers

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for outdoor activities, camping, music, drama and/or youth leadership
  • Experience working with children
  • A good level of physical fitness
  • Previous camp experience and/or an interest in pursuing further studies in education, outdoor recreation, or youth work is a plus
  • Asian language skills an advantage

Conditions:

  • You must be available at the beginning of January 2026 for pre camp training and the summer camp holiday program
  • Wages are paid in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award
  • A Working with Children check is essential
  • Meals, accommodation and uniform supplied
