The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician/Mechanic to join our team located in Melbourne's west. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service and maintenance to our diverse range of commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems for a variety of applications
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and testing equipment
  • Install new refrigeration and air conditioning units according to specifications
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician/Mechanic
  • Excellent technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • A valid driver's licence
