Employment Type: Ongoing, full-time
Location: Sydney CBD (Martin Place)
The Leader, People and Culture provides the full range of customer focused human resources services and advice to PCO senior executives, managers and staff. This role provides organisation-wide and tailored services, initiatives, projects and strategies across all facets of people and culture, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, talent and succession management and work health and safety and establishment management. The role fosters a positive corporate culture, including through use of engagement and feedback tools.

Key Knowledge and Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant government legislation (including the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, Rules, Regulations, and conditions award), government policies and reforms (including senior executive mobility guidelines, change management guidelines and consultation arrangements), and current public sector trends.
- Experience with HR modules within the SAP (or other ERP) system
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant human resources experience.

What we do
We are responsible for drafting and providing access to most of the legislation for New South Wales. We draft all Bills for Acts required for introduction into Parliament. We also draft a wide range of statutory instruments, including regulations, rules, proclamations, orders and environmental planning instruments (EPIs). For more information about the PCO, click here.
