At Her Medical, we're not your run-of-the-mill GP clinic. Our practice is dedicated to women's health, and our care plans reflect that. We're looking for a part-time Enrolled Nurse with a passion for women's health and a sharp eye for identifying patients who will benefit from structured care planning.
This role will suit someone who enjoys clinical problem-solving, is energised by working across a variety of conditions and disease states that go beyond mainstream general practice, and wants to make a tangible impact in patients' long-term health outcomes.
What you'll be doing:- Creating and managing GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and structured follow-ups
- Identifying patients who would benefit from care planning and chronic disease management
- Coordinating reviews and ensuring continuity of care
- Supporting our GPs with the delivery of patient-centred, evidence-based healthcare
- A role with real purpose in an environment that values excellence in women's health
- Flexible, part-time hours – perfect for a semi-retired nurse who still wants to stay sharp and contribute
- Supportive, forward-thinking team that appreciates initiative and independence
- A chance to work in a modern clinic that delivers care in a way that challenges the norms of general practice
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience with care planning and chronic disease management (general practice experience preferred)
- A genuine interest in women's health and holistic care
- Confident, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of patient follow-ups and reviews
