Are you looking to start a career working at heights, or already experienced in the field? We're expanding and seeking both experienced technicians and motivated newcomers to join our team in casual or full-time roles.

We offer full training for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn, including industry certifications and on-the-job mentoring.


Key Responsibilities

Height Safety Inspectors:

  • Conduct on-site inspections of height safety equipment and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Conduct minor installations, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of height safety systems, including anchor points, harnesses, ladders, and fall protection systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of height safety equipment.
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for each inspection and service visit.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and address height safety needs and concerns.

Height Safety Installers:

  • Conduct installations on a variety of height safety systems, including anchor points, harnesses, ladders, and fall protection systems.

Rope Access Technicians:

  • Carry out rope access tasks such as cleaning, inspections, repairs, and other technical services
  • Operate safely under IRATA or equivalent guidelines
  • Maintain and inspect rope access and safety equipment
  • Support emergency rescue operations and safety drills

What We're Looking For

Experienced candidates:

  • IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certifications (for Rope Access roles)
  • Previous experience in height safety installations and/or rope access work
  • White Card, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets are desirable
  • A strong safety mindset, physical fitness, and great communication skills

Entry-level candidates:

  • No prior industry experience required – we will provide training
  • A genuine interest in working at heights or in rope access
  • Physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain White Card and Working at Heights ticket
