BFT Uni Hill is looking for a highly motivated & passionate casual Coach for our state of the art facility. (There is the possibility of PART-TIME)

The ideal candidate should have a love for everything health & fitness. They should have thorough knowledge of both weight training & cardiovascular sessions. More advantageous would be having "BFT knowledge", however will be willing to train & develop the successful candidate also. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who members can't wait to get into the studio to see each day.

Our requirements are:

  • Passionate about promoting health & encouraging members to reach their fitness goals.
  • Exceptional communication and social skills.
  • Availability is a must (flexible).
  • Educate and advise members about programming, regression and progressions etc.
  • Present well and maintain good health and fitness.
  • Ability to assist with memberships in studio.
  • A can do attitude, some one who is reliable & loves what they do.
  • Growth mindset (Preferred: someone who lives & breathes BFT OR is prepared to do so)

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • Current CPR and First Aid

We have a large member base & our team have developed a great community within our studio. We want someone who is equally as passionate and driven to be a part of our team here at BFT Uni Hill, working hand in hand with our Owner/Head Coach & Operations Manager.
