About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and skilled Dev Ops Engineer to deliver working infrastructure and software that enables the company to achieve its business objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team, leveraging your skills to define, build, and maintain solutions that support both development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to plan and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
- Take ownership of your work, maintain code quality, and follow best practices across the SDLC.
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support development and reporting requirements.
- Work across projects and solutions, aligning technical efforts with business outcomes.
- Follow technical standards and quality practices to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Contribute to improving the developer experience and overall team productivity.
About you:
You enjoy building practical, reliable solutions that make a real difference for your team and the business. You take ownership of your work, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, you bring:
- University Degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years of industry experience as an operations engineer or similar.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of data platforms, including warehouses, lakes, or data mesh systems
- A problem-solving mindset and focus on delivering sustainable solutions
- Exposure to infrastructure as code and automation tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Puppet)
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, ECS, CDK, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Buildkite) and source control (Git, Subversion, Mercurial)
