About the role...

We are recruiting an experienced Gaming Supervisor to lead a passionate team. The role of the Gaming Supervisor is to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained, whilst providing exceptional service experiences to our valued customers in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. This role works cohesively with our Gaming and Loyalty Teams.

Joining Norths Cammeray means you are part of Norths Collective which includes The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft, The Bowlo Bangalow and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

  • Training and Leadership of the team
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest experience. Ensuring the environment for patrons is presentable, clean, comfortable and safe.
  • Provide prompt, efficient service to patrons and guests
  • Be knowledgeable of all current and upcoming promotions and events
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality on all aspects of financial, operational and patron affairs
  • Ensure gaming machines and gaming floor compliance is maintained

The Candidate:

  • Possess passion for delivering excellent customer experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that motivate and energise teams
  • Previous Gaming experience and/or a Leadership role
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (highly desirable)
  • Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming certification (ARCG)
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as the role includes days, evenings and weekend work
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
