We are looking for a Senior SOE/MOE Consultant to support our government clients with the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. An AGSVA Security Clearance is a requirement for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare designs for new or existing SOEs.
  • Analyze, test, and remediate applications.
  • Build, configure, and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver As-Built, As-Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct Skills Transfer with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the organization's team members to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare security-related documentation under the organization's practice.
  • Leverage the organization's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for relevant technologies.
  • Assist with managing client expectations alongside the organization's Management team.
  • Participate in the creation of new products and solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Assist in preparing Statements of Work, user guides, release notes, and other documentation.

Requirements and Experience

KEY SKILLS:

  • SOE/MOE/Intune and Application deployment experience with enterprise deployment tools.
  • SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management.
  • Task sequence development and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Desktop and/or Server management.
  • Advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Visual Basic).
  • Group Policy administration.
  • Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS management.
  • User profile management.
  • Security hardening, particularly application control.
  • System Center Configuration Manager (including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager).
  • MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments.
  • An NV1 security clearance is required.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Citrix platform administration, including Citrix Cloud, Storefront, Netscaler, and master image provisioning/maintenance.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, especially firewall and proxy rules.
  • Scripting knowledge in YAML and JSON.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code Practices.
  • Enterprise PKI/certificate services.
  • Apple Business Manager.
  • Exchange (on-premises, Hybrid, or Online).
