About the business

Town & Country Heavy Haulage is a locally based Transport company in Wollongong. Supplying transportation of plant and equipment around the local area for over 35 years.

We are currently seeking:

  • 1 x Tilt Tray Driver – HR Licence
  • 1 x Float Driver – HC/MC Licence

What's involved:

  • Mostly local work
  • Tilt trays delivering hire company equipment and other machinery
  • No salvage work
  • Training provided for the right candidate

Benefits & Perks

  • Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime available almost daily
  • No time & half – all overtime paid at DOUBLE TIME
  • Occasional half-day Saturday required – paid at DOUBLE TIME
  • 1% extra superannuation
  • Immediate start available

Skills & Experience

  • Experience loading and unloading equipment (boom lifts, excavators, etc.)
  • BSL Passport, HC, MC & MSIC licences an advantage
  • High-risk tickets (WP & LF) an advantage
  • Training provided for suitable applicants
