The Finance Manager role is a key leadership position within the growing finance team and is 2ic to the CFO. You will manage the entire finance function, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue accounting, financial accounting and FP&A.

You'll drive financial operations, including the review of journals, recs & month end reporting. Whilst you'll also take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, compliance, periodic statutory reporting and cashflow management.

Finally you'll be involved in identifying & executing projects, process improvement initiatives and the delivery of ongoing insights, analysis and decision support to aid business decisions.

You are a CA or CPA qualified Finance Manager, with experience managing operational finance teams within an SME environment. You'll also ideally have experience in the education sector.

Crucially you're a committed, practising Christian, who plays an active role in your local congregation and is looking to work in an environment which exemplifies your own Christian values.
