We're looking for an AEP who can build powerful referral pathways (GPs, workplaces, allied health, insurers) and deliver great patient care.

You'll start by splitting your time between creating referral pathways and seeing patients, with a clear path to a full-time business development focus as the team scales.

• Lead the launch of our GP/workplace/allied health referral network
• Blend of BD + clinical (transitioning to full-time BD as we grow)
• Fun, evidence-based, NDIS-registered team with real momentum

Build the pathways

• Map and prioritise local GP clinics, workplaces & allied health partners
• Book and deliver GP in-services/toolbox talks and partner activations
• Create simple referral resources and maintain a light CRM/pipeline
• Track wins: new referrers, referral volume/conversion, partner retention

See patients

• Assess, program and coach evidence-based rehab (incl. NDIS/workers comp)
• Communicate with GPs/employers/insurers and keep tidy, timely notes
• Measure outcomes and celebrate progress

• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with experience and a self-driven individual, able to work on your own, organise and punctual
• Confident presenter & relationship-builder; loves outreach and follow-up
• Experience with NDIS and/or workers compensation is a must
• Organised operator: Google Drive/Sheets; simple reporting cadence
• First Aid/CPR, full driver's licence & reliable vehicle
