About the Role

You will lead the preparation and execution of our Roman pizza by the slice program, with a strong emphasis on long-ferment dough and authentic technique. Beyond daily production, you'll be responsible for creating and documenting standard recipes and training our team to deliver consistently excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage long-ferment Roman pizza dough
  • Oversee production, baking, and service of Roman pizza by the slice to suit our business
  • Create, document, and refine recipes and preparation standards
  • Train team members in dough handling, toppings, and execution
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally with Roman-style pizza
  • Strong knowledge of fermentation and dough science
  • Passion for quality, detail, and consistency
  • Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Organised and reliable, with strong communication skills
