Laboratory Coordinator

About This Opportunity
You'll be managing a team providing routine chemical and microbiological analytical services to operations, ensuring the quality of all products manufactured at on site meet all regulatory, statutory and company specifications.
You must have a strong focus on safety and accuracy, a proactive and positive approach; and be able to drive supportive accountability and engage your people. You will take pride and be committed to delivering high quality work at all times.
Ideally you will have:
- Certificate 4 in Food Processing
- Degree or Associate Diploma in Science or Food Science
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Laboratory applications and / or the food industry
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Trouble-shooting ability
