Responsibilities Include

  • General carriage and management of your own estate litigation, administration and planning files under direct Partner supervision.
  • Meeting and attending at conferences with partners, clients, counsel, lawyers and other professionals.
  • Drafting letters of advice to clients.
  • Attending at Directions Hearings.
  • Preparing affidavits and other documents in litigation matters.
  • Briefing Counsel at directions and final hearings.
  • Drafting deeds, estate planning documents, applications for grants of probate or administration, other court documents and general correspondence.
  • Assisting generally in the day-to-day management and administration of files.

  • Provide practical, can-do, commercially and legally sound advice that considers the holistic goals of our clients.
  • Accurate and timely work, demonstrating an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Skill and ability to flex between working autonomously and running with the team.
  • Efficient time management and highly organised.
