The Role

We're now hiring a CGI Artist (Character / Stylized / Concept Art) with a passion for stylized rendering, concept art, and immersive visual storytelling. If you're a skilled CGI artist who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves bringing characters to life, this is your opportunity to shape how families around the world connect with our brand — both physically and digitally.

  • Create stylized, expressive character designs from concept to final 3D implementation.
  • Develop concept art, character sheets, mood boards, and turnarounds for new product ideas and story-driven content.
  • Model, texture, rig, and animate characters using Blender and 3ds Max.
  • Produce visually stunning work using rendering engines including Cycles, Redshift, and Eevee.
  • Design and implement custom VFX, shaders, and materials to support stylized rendering workflows.
  • Assist in early-stage storytelling via rapid sketching and storyboarding.
  • Collaborate across teams — including Industrial Design, Engineering, and Animation — to build cohesive creative outcomes.
  • Contribute to AR/VR, cinematic animations, and interactive 3D product experiences.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of professional experience, ideally on indie games or stylized CGI-driven projects.
  • Expertise in Blender and 3ds Max, with deep knowledge of Cycles, Redshift, and Eevee.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing stylized character art and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in creating custom materials, shaders, and VFX specifically for stylized environments.
  • Confident sketch artist, comfortable with gesture drawing, thumbnailing, and storyboarding.
  • Experience with rigging, posing, and prepping characters for animation pipelines.
  • Passionate about style, detail, and communicating story through visuals.
