About the Role:
We're looking for a capable and experienced Photographer Videographer to produce professional photo and video content for our hospitality clients - primarily small Asian restaurants. This includes short-form social media content (e.g. Reels, TikToks), behind-the-scenes footage, food and venue photography, and digital menu imagery. You'll be responsible for shooting, editing, and—when needed—developing creative direction and styling concepts tailored to each client's venue, brand, and positioning. This is a hands-on content role within a small creative team where responsibilities can overlap at times, so it suits someone who's adaptable, organised, and enjoys variety in their week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture a variety of photo and video content, including food, staff, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Film vertical short-form video content for social platforms using both DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile phones.
• Edit video content with a strong sense of current social media trends, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.
• Develop creative direction and visual styling for shoots that align with each client's venue concept and objectives.
• Organise and deliver edited contents according to company file management and naming conventions.
• Work both independently and alongside our creative team to meet content briefs and production deadlines.
• Occasionally travel to shoot locations independently; access to a personal vehicle is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar photography/videography role (not entry level), ideally producing content for social media or hospitality clients.
• Able to keep up with and applying TikTok and Reels trends in a way that's relevant to our clients and creative standards.
• Proficient in using both professional camera gears and mobile phones for content capture.
• Confident with artificial lighting and flash photography setups.
• Comfortable working solo on location - when required, including setting up and running shoots independently.
• Skilled in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage files and folders clearly and consistently within the company's file structure.
• Access to own vehicle and valid driver's licence preferred, due to occasional travel to client sites.
• Able to work flexible hours when required (i.e. evening shoots for restaurants).

Bonus Points & Extra Notes:

• Fluency in Thai is preferred but not essential.
• Visa sponsorship is available for the right person, but only after minimum 4-6 months in this position followed by a performance review. Thus, a valid working visa is required to apply for this position for non-citizens and permanent residents of Australia.
