THE ROLE

We're searching for an energetic, creative, and trend-savvy Content Creator to bring our brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. This role is all about being the face of Muscle Nation - filming, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content that resonates with our fitness community. You'll play a key part in growing our following and creating viral moments that deliver real commercial impact.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable on camera, has a TikTok-native mindset, and can create scroll-stopping content from start to finish. Reporting to our Social Media Manager, you'll work alongside our marketing team to create content that sets the standard in the fitness industry.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, film, edit, and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) as an on-camera talent
• Write engaging captions and story copy that drives likes, shares, comments, and saves
• Work with the Social Media Manager to execute the content calendar
• Repurpose influencer and customer UGC into brand-ready content
• Stay across social media and cultural trends, creating fast-turnaround content when opportunities arise
• Contribute to reporting on content performance and share insights with the team
• Support competitor analysis to ensure we're ahead of the curve in the fitness space
• Bring creative ideas to team brainstorming sessions

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years' experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms
• Strong skills in filming and editing short-form video content (using CapCut or similar)
• Confident and natural on-camera presence
• Excellent copywriting ability with a knack for engaging, concise captions
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, features, and trends
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry preferred
• Examples of previous work demonstrating creative content you've filmed, edited, and appeared in

KEY SKILLS

• Strong on-camera presence and natural storytelling ability
• Creative eye for visually appealing content that drives engagement
• Proficiency in video editing, particularly for TikTok-style content
• Self-sufficient in filming and producing content independently
• Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies
• Ability to identify and jump on trending moments quickly
• Organised with good time management skills
• Adaptability to quickly pivot when new trends emerge
• Passion for fitness and wellness culture
• Collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail
