New ECMS Service
Diploma Educator and Certificate III Educator Opportunities - Wirrigirri Kindergarten
You are invited to join ECMS in launching a brand-new, triple unit sessional kindergarten - Wirrigirri Kindergarten
This purpose-built centre has been designed with one goal; enriching the lives of children, their families and the community, through play-based learning programs. Over the following years the service will quickly grow into a triple room kindergarten, housing up-to 99 children. The official opening date is January 2026 with one group of children
We are seeking 4 Educators to join the team and contribute to the service's success The exciting roles on offer are:
1. Diploma Educator: working 29.25 hours per week on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (session) and Monday 9:00am - 2:15pm (planning)
2. Diploma Break Cover Educator: working 8 hours per week on a Monday and Thursday 11:00am - 3:00pm and Friday 12:00pm - 2:00pm
3. Certificate III Educator: working 17.5 hours per week on a Monday and Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm (session), Tuesday 9:00am - 10:30am (planning)
4. Certificate III Educator: working 26.25 hours per week on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (session) and Monday 9:00am - 11:15am (planning)
About you
You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
You value kindness and respect.
You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
You hold a Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.

You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
