What you'll be responsible for:
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of property insurance claims with professionalism and empathy
  • Advocate fiercely on behalf of clients to secure fair outcomes
  • Handle complex cases using your industry knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Assist with claims compliance and support process improvements
  • Guide less experienced consultants and help shape our evolving team culture

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in property insurance claims — domestic, commercial, or both
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
