We're currently looking for a motivated and passionate Draftsperson to join our close-knit team at our Balcatta office.

About the Role

As a Draftsperson, you'll be an essential part of our design and construction process—translating ideas into accurate technical documentation. Working alongside our sales and design teams, you will:

• Assist the sales process by producing detailed drawings that meet client expectations
• Prepare floor plans, elevations and working drawings in accordance with client briefs, local authority regulations, Residential Design Codes, and BCA standards
• Contribute to the development of new designs, including display homes aligned with our market segment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's technically skilled and creatively driven, with a strong eye for detail and a desire to grow professionally.

Essential criteria:

• A genuine passion for residential drafting and design
• Minimum 1 year experience in a drafting role within the Perth residential building industry
• Solid understanding of local council requirements, R-Codes, and BCA
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when liaising with consultants and authorities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently
• A positive attitude, with a passion for self-development and continuous improvement
• A proactive mindset – you come with solutions, not just problems
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Twinmotion experience will be highly regarded)
