My client is a market leader at the forefront of risk management and mitigation technology and they are looking for an Application Support Analyst. This role will be based in Canberra and offers a hybrid work arrangement. It is a customer-facing role and requires an existing NV1 Security Clearance (preferred) or the eligibility to obtain one. Previous experience working with the Department of Defence is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive IT support

  • Assist with projects and improvements

About You

  • 1+ year of professional experience in IT or application support
  • Strong team player with self-drive and ability to work autonomously
  • Skilled in using ticketing systems and change tools
  • High attention to detail and flexibility
  • Analytic and escalation-aware
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Responsive and customer-focused
  • Builds and maintains client relationships
  • Clear and professional communicator
  • Strong experience in SQL server database reporting or scripting
  • Familiarity with Unix environments and scripting
  • Familiar with ChemAlert and/or FirstPriority (preference)
