About the role

Australian Food & Fibre is searching for a skilled and proactive Welder, located at our AFF Warren Gin operation.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the cotton ginning process, supporting a variety of tasks across the facility, your expertise in welding will be key to ensuring all machinery is properly maintained and operational, contributing to the efficient running of the gin. In addition to this, you will focus on general ginning tasks as you enter the peak cotton ginning season, making sure to maintain cleanliness and safety across the site.

About you

You are a reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards your work. You thrive in a hands-on environment and are adaptable to a range of tasks, from maintenance work to general ginning duties.

With prior experience in welding, you bring valuable technical skills to the role, ensuring machinery is well-maintained and running smoothly. Ideally, you will hold a trade qualification in welding while also holding a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills.
