We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect with exceptional capability in concept design, design resolution, and leading early-stage project visioning.
The role is based in our Unanderra Office, Monday to Friday.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of concept development across a diverse portfolio of projects, shaping early design thinking and guiding teams through clear, well-resolved design strategies. You'll be responsible for translating client aspirations into compelling architectural solutions, ensuring design intent is carried through to detailed stages.
What we're looking for:
- Qualification in Architecture
- 7–12 years' professional experience, ideally across commercial, education, health, or specialised building sectors
- Strong design sensibility combined with proven technical and documentation expertise
- Good communication skills and the ability to present concepts and ideas with confidence
- Strong understanding of the NCC Volume 1 for building classes 5, 6 and 9b, including Type A and B Construction
- Proficiency in Revit (essential), with additional capability in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation software an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, project timelines, and budgets across multiple projects
- Experience liaising with consultants and approval authorities
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong leadership skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving project demands.
