We are a Specialist in the Supply of Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles and have been operating in Australia for over 60 years, servicing Domestic, Residential and Commercial Markets. A renowned Leader in our market, we have developed a long and proud history grounded in manufacturing, product development and quality customer service. We support a large Customer base in all States within Australia & New Zealand.

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous development and growth of Bunnings stores; build and nurture close business relationships with all stores to achieve monthly sales targets and build ongoing business.

Key Responsibilities & Focus

  • Completing highly effective call cycle's designed to cover both Metro and Regional store visits.
  • Execution and compliance of Planograms, Relays, Upgrades and New Stores to a high standard
  • Merchandising, maintaining in-store displays, ticketing and stock presentation
  • Merchandising of stock to meet bay layouts and visual standards (on show, clean and tidy) and maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Actively build and manage positive and strong business relationships with all Bunnings personnel at store level.
  • Delivery and promote effective Johnson Tiles sales campaigns within stores
  • Conduct demonstrations as well as attending store activity events where required
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all lead opportunities and call cycle into CRM; ensuring follow up and conversion.

About You

  • A team player, with a supportive, enthusiastic, positive "can do" attitude with Passion to exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Strong attention to detail, good Time Management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well unsupervised
  • Reliable and have strong communication and relationship building skills at store level
  • Effective usage and Management of CRM, Call Cycles and Sales Reporting Systems.
  • An ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • In depth awareness & understanding of market intelligence.
  • Physically able to carry out tasks such as lifting boxes of tiles and related tiling products.

Previous experience in the Tile Industry and/or Bunnings Vendor experience is desirable, but not essential.
