About the role:

  • Deliver high-quality engineering designs across Overhead Lines, Underground Lines, and Distribution Substation Projects
  • Design & draft Transmission and Underground Lines for major projects
  • Attend sites as required, bringing your expertise to the field
  • Review project scopes and provide recommendations to improve constructability and cost efficiency
  • Apply industry standards and Safety in Design guidelines
  • Manage designs effectively across projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
  • Identify innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in Distribution & Transmission Design projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Safety in Design practices
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
  • RPEV accreditation is a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
  • Experience with Revit and NEARA is beneficial, but not essential
