THE ROLE
We are seeking a lawyer to join our growing employment & industrial law team. This position is on a permanent, full-time basis.
We will provide you with a collaborative environment, support, and the ability to develop your skills.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- 2+ years post-admission experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
- An ability to build relationships and trust;
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent organisational skills, with high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills, and commitment to drive matters to resolution in a timely manner;
- The ability to speak to clients from different backgrounds;
- A solutions focused outlook with a proactive approach to deliver quality outcomes;
- A desire to learn and grow.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience in conducting litigation in Courts and tribunals;
- Experience with conciliation conferences or mediations;
- Experience in employment & industrial law;
- Experience with Actionstep, or other legal software.
