About the role

Centre Ward is made up of codependent professional teams dedicated to providing high quality care in a holistic manner. We look after both Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation patients, and we pride ourselves on being an innovative team focused on continuous improvement and always maintaining the highest standards in delivering care.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Excellent communication skills that enable effective collaboation with staff, patients and families.
• Use own initiative however willing to follow instructions and procedures.
• Great attention to detail and highly organised.
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Sound computer skills relevant to the role
• Qualifications will be an added advantage but will not be a excluding criteria.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
