God has placed us in a richly varied community: young families in Willoughby, driven professionals in Chatswood—many from Asian and Subcontinental backgrounds—and students and singles from all walks of life in Artarmon. Within 2 km of our doors live over 63,000 people, yet fewer than 10% are connected to a gospel-centred church. Each year, we welcome hundreds of new faces—over 400 guests—but we long to see many more drawn in, captured by grace, and built into the body of Christ.

We are seeking a Membership and Youth Minister who will help people not just attend but belong—growing in conviction, connection, and contribution. This role will help shape pathways for belonging that are clear, relational, and grace-fuelled, so that both young people and adults are transformed by Christ and mobilised for His mission.

This role empowers individuals, oversees systems & teams and seeks to build a deeply connected & missionally minded community.

• This position is open to a male or female candidate.
• The appointment will be reviewed after 12 months.
• Remuneration will be in line with Diocesan recommended guidelines and includes pro-rata housing allowance.
• Appointment will be subject to compliance with relevant legislation and church policies related to working with children and young people.
