Starbright Dental is a modern, well-appointed practice located in the high-growth precinct of Southport. We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our friendly team.

This role will primarily be chair side and you will be required to assist the dentist with a variety of dental procedures. This position is initially casual however there may be an opportunity for part/full-time employment in the future.

The successful candidate must:

  • Be an experienced dental assistant. Those who hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting will be highly regarded.
  • Be willing to undertake duties beyond their usual scope if/when the business requires. This may include reception duties.
  • Be able to work in a diverse team and with diverse clients.
  • Be punctual, honest and show initiative.
  • Be polite, friendly and act in a professional manner.
  • Have experience in infection control and sterilisation procedures.
  • Maintain the practice in a clean and tidy state at all times.

Experience with Oasis software will be highly regarded. We currently use Oasis but are looking to change software in the near future.
