G2 Netting develops, manufactures and installs large scale flexible netting solutions for the horticultural industry. The company focuses on engineering, design, analysis, manufacturing and installation for high intensity horticultural applications.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Administrator to join our team and oversee all aspects of the company's IT systems. This role is responsible for supporting over 50 users and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the organisation's technology systems. Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide timely and effective IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network systems.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Dropbox for Business, including user management, MFA, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Configure and deploy new devices, install software, and maintain the IT asset register.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, and best practices.
  • Undertake occasional travel to offices in SA and VIC to provide on-site support.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT Administrator role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Proven experience in computer setup and management.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge; Microsoft certifications advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for IT.
  • Driver's license required.
