Occupational Therapist

Your Therapy SA seeks an experienced OT to join our small team, which supports clients with disabilities across Adelaide. We offer a flexible role with excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives.

We are passionate about supporting our clients with disability. We provide assessment and therapy services to clients in their homes or schools across Adelaide. We help our clients achieve their goals and support our staff.

The role is flexible, with the option to work partly from home. You set your hours, pick when you start and finish your day, and choose when you take holidays. Some travel within Adelaide will be required as we offer a mobile service.

Critical aspects of the role:

• Provide ongoing therapy to people living with disability at home, in school, and at our Mitcham clinic
• Focus on clients with disability, including autism and sensory differences
• Flexible work arrangements - set your hours and partly work from home
• Excellent remuneration: 55-60% of billings as a subcontractor or equivalent as an employee
• Full administrative support from our experienced team, and our clinic uses Splose practice management software
• Therapy assistants are available to support you and help clients achieve their goals
• The clinic is well-equipped with current and evidence-based equipment and therapy tools

Minimum requirements:

• AHPRA-registered occupational therapist
• Available at least 15 hours per week (or three full days)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• NDIS experience is highly desirable (or willingness to learn for the right candidate)
• Working with Children Check
• Police Clearance
• NDIS workers screening
• First Aid Training with up-to-date CPR
• Driver's License
• Mobile phone
