Since 2019, Body & Mind Online has supported over 9,000 Australians facing challenges such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, anger, addiction, and relationship issues. Our programs provide telehealth and onsite access to caring, registered mental health professionals, alongside daily mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. With a team of 100+ practitioners, we are one of Australia's largest providers.

In 2022, we partnered with Calm, the #1 app for sleep and meditation, granting clients and practitioners premium access to hundreds of hours of mindfulness content — an Australian first.

About the Role:

As a Psychologist with Body & Mind, you'll guide clients through holistic programs targeting mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Your work will support clients managing stress, chronic pain, and lifestyle changes, helping them create lasting positive outcomes.

Main Duties:

• Establish and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing tailored mental health guidance
• Make outbound calls to qualified clients and offer clinical recommendations based on a thorough assessment of their individual needs.
• Understand and utilise Body & Mind programs and resources, including Calm app access, to support clients effectively
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, referrals, invoicing, and administrative duties

Practitioner Expectations:

• Operate autonomously and manage workload independently
• Be self-motivated, committed, and proactive in achieving client outcomes
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes with ongoing training provided
• Maintain high attention to detail and professional confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 clinical hours per week
• General Registered Psychologist with Medicare Provider Number, insurance, and own ABN
