What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following established recipes and procedures
  • Ensuring all meals are presented in an appealing and appetising manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborating with the catering team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cook for a minimum of two years, including a AQF Certificate III
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
