If you are a native French speaker, love teaching language, and have a passion for early years education, this is the job for you At Little Zak's Academy, we make it our responsibility to expose our children to different cultures. Studies have shown that exposure to new languages not only expands children's perceptions of the world but can greatly assist their cognitive development as well. Language lessons are provided for children aged two to six.
We are seeking an experienced French Language Teacher to teach across our Little Zaks South Coast services (Corrimal/Shellharbour/Wongawilli/Kiama/Bomaderry). Teaching hours can spread across two days, specific hours can be discussed further with the successful candidate. This is a 2-month contract with a possibility of extension.
About you:
- Native French speaker with relevant language teaching experience
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication & personal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work autonomously
- A valid drivers license & your own vehicle
- Desirable but not required - ACECQA Approved Certificates/Degrees in Early Childhood Education & knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
