About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chefs to join our kitchen team at our new client's Residential Aged Care facility in South Grafton, NSW
.

The successful applicant will be required to commence work early to mid-November 2025.

• Hours of employment: 30-35hours per week with Monday to Sunday shifts.
• Roster will be discussed with successful candidates.
• Weekend and Public Holiday Loadings apply

*The successful applicant must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine, and provide a current Federal Police Check certificate, or be willing to apply for one*

Skills and experience

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role - 
  aged care experience highly regarded.
• Reliable and punctual
• Collaborative and team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Empathy and respect towards aged care residents, staff and clients.
• The ability to work within a busy kitchen meeting tight deadline.
• Must have own reliable transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook tasty home style meals for elderly residents.
• Cleaning of kitchen area
• Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents
• Washing dishes in the main kitchen and plating of meals
• Assist the Chef Manager as required in preparation of food/beverages.
