Available Roles

Metal Machinist

As a Metal Machinist, you will:

  • Operate, and maintain, CNC Turret Punch, CNC Laser Cutter, CNC Router, CNC Presses, Pan Brake, and Guillotine.
  • Read and interpret drawings and technical diagrams.
  • Set up and operate cutting, shaping, and pressing tools and machinery.
  • Machine, fit, and assemble metal parts and components .
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work safely and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • May assemble and install machines on-site.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs or overhauls on machinery and equipment.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in machining, fitting, and assembly within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong fabrication skills and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Commitment to workplace safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Australian residency or valid work visa.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CNC machinery.
  • Knowledge of material properties and handling practices.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and/or Forklift License.
  • Possession of a valid High Risk/Forklift License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
