We are excited to announce Fab Kitchens launch of a new polyurethane spray division supporting joinery and cabinetry companies across Western Sydney. As we expand, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and reliable professionals who want to be part of a growing team from the very beginning.

Fab Kitchen is a family run Kitchen Manufacturer that has been operating for 40 years in Girraween (NSW). Most of our staff are long-term which has enabled us to grow a business with all our clients and builders based on honesty, integrity, and good faith. Customer satisfaction is our goal.

1 Polyurethane Spray Painter – EOI

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter with strong polyurethane experience, particularly within joinery/cabinetry. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on doors, panels, and custom joinery components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spray painting polyurethane coatings on cabinetry/joinery
  • Mixing, colour matching and preparing coatings
  • Maintaining equipment, spray booth and workspace cleanliness
  • Ensuring high-quality, consistent finishes
  • Working to production schedules and deadlines
  • Following WHS procedures at all times

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in polyurethane spray painting (cabinetry preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and finishing quality
  • Knowledge of prep processes, sanding, priming
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a small team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

2 Prepper / Finisher – EOI

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Prepper/Finisher to support the spray team with preparation and post-spray finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanding, priming, filling and preparing joinery components
  • Assisting with product movement through the spray booth workflow
  • Quality checking and final finishing
  • Assisting the spray painter as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in prepping/finishing for polyurethane or similar coatings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
  • Good communication and team skills
