Across Australia, our Pharmacists are dispensing more than 550,000 prescriptions and serving more than 1.5 million customers per week, providing exceptional care and service to local communities. In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in providing high quality pharmacy services that adhere to the highest industry standards. 

 

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts, 
  • Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations, 
  • Dispensary inventory management and order processing, 
  • Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions, 
  • Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants, 
  • Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

  • Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,  
  • Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment, 
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills,

  • Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills, 
  • Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.
