Are you an experienced OSHC Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator for a temporary 3-6 month position in Canberra.

As the OSHC Coordinator, you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a before and after school care program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily running of the service
  • Lead and support a team of educators
  • Develop and implement engaging programs for children
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

About You:

  • Previous experience in an OSHC Coordinator or leadership role is essential
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, School Age Care, or equivalent
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
