Blaxland, New South Wales, Australia Chapman Real Estate Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Chapman Real Estate is seeking enthusiastic Sales Support/Reception staff to be the welcoming face of our Blaxland and Glenbrook offices. You'll work across the sales process (from new listing through to settlement) as well as front-of-house reception and administration to keep our property sales moving smoothly.

We have two part-time openings:

  • Blaxland — 4 days/week, part-day Saturday coverage
  • Glenbrook — 2 days/week, part-day Saturday coverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Reception: Be the first point of contact – greet visitors warmly, answer and direct phone enquiries, and manage incoming emails with a professional, friendly demeanour.
  • Sales Administration: Assist our sales agents with preparing listing paperwork/contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate property marketing collateral – book photography/videography, draft and order brochures and flyers, arrange signboard installations, and launch/maintain online listings on property portals.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track campaign milestones and send standard communications (e.g., "Just Listed/Just Sold", newsletters).
  • Contract to Settlement Coordination: Work closely with agents to coordinate the sales process – update property status, liaise with conveyancers as needed, and help organise settlement activities (including preparing settlement packs or client gifts).
  • General Office Support: Contribute to day-to-day office tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

About You (Key Skills & Experience)

  • Customer-Focused Communicator: Excellent people skills and a polished phone manner; confident, clear written communication.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong administration skills; systematic, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks/deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems (experience with real estate CRMs is a bonus).
  • Team Player with Initiative: Proactive, helpful and adaptable in a fast-paced office; able to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • NSW Assistant Agent (Real Estate) Certificate or Real Estate Licence required, or a firm commitment to obtain the Assistant Agent certificate promptly.
