Part time role - Minimum 15 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous management or supervisor experience - Desireable
  • Unique Customer service, bring joy to our customers
  • Icecream sccoping, and cafe skills serving
  • Exceptional Cleaning and organisational skills
  • Previous fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and brand awarness
  • Cash handling and financial
  • Food handlers certificate - Mandatory
  • Administrative skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Daily operations of Ice cream store
  • Lead and train staff
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Adhere to policies and procedures and create new as required
  • Prevent hazards and report issues
  • Order and stocktake
  • Administrative duties
  • Report to and follow instructions from Management
  • Freezer temperature knowledge and control of frozen products
  • Product knowledge and Allergen/Diatery awarness
