Job Description
We're looking for a
Civil Designer – Urban Development
to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

You'll play a key role in producing high-quality civil design solutions for a variety of projects, supporting engineers and senior designers to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

Your day-to-day will see you:

  • Producing detailed civil design for subdivisions - roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.
  • Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawings to meet relevant standards and council requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Contributing to project delivery through attention to detail, technical accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Supporting the broader design team and gaining exposure to a wide portfolio of urban development projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience in civil design, within urban development.
  • Proficiency in 12D and CAD.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
